二、收到订单,确认细节的邮件模板
首先要感谢客户的支持,表示收到了订单,我们会尽快跟进订单,需要尽快确认细节,没有问题的话就会尽快发货。

三、客户付款,告知已经收到了货款的模板
当客户付款之后,记得给客户发送确认订单的邮件,并且告知预计发货的时间。

四、订单发货之后,通知客户发货的邮件模板
发货后记得呀通知客户货物当前的运输情况,附上订单号、发货单号、运输方式和发货日期。

五、客户如果没收到货,回复邮件的模板
向客户解释没有收到货的原因,以及目前货物的最新状态,并表示我们会第一时间关注最新配送状况。

六、提醒客户签收货物的邮件模板
